Petite Arvine “Les Seyes”

A vineyard of great historical renown, Fully’s Les Seyes possesses remarkably poor soils of grey loess over granite with only 8% clay. From a mere six terraces of Petite Arvine planted here, Alexandre produces his deepest and most spellbinding example of the variety, aging it in foudre to do full justice to its textural capabilities. Simultaneously richer and more electrifying than the Petite Arvine de Fully above, it combines breathless kineticism with a viselike grip of quinine-tinged minerality, forcing physiological engagement rather than passive contemplation.
