This parcel in the “Les Vaillons” 1er cru of Chablis was planted in 1974 on calcerous Kimmeridgien soil typical of the regoin, and spans 1.21 hectares within the lieu-dit of Les Épinottes. Its southwest orientation ensures plenty of sunshine for the grapes, but true to its appellation the resulting wine remains fresh and mineral-driven.
